Oxidation
In addition to chlorooxidations CHEMWILL performs also oxidation reactions with hydrogen peroxide and air/catalyst systems. The use of hydrogen peroxide in the oxidation of aliphatic thiols or thioethers leads to the corresponding sulphonyl chlorides, sulphoxides and sulphones and is an alternative to the chlorooxidation. Other oxidations can be carried out using air and catalyst.
